Amazing hair stylist. She is a hidden gem. She has been doing hair for 30 years. So lucky to have found her! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a colorist or stylist! I have a lot thick long hair that is not easy. I had been traveling to DC and Baltimore before I found Rose. She cares so much about her clients and takes the time to fully understand what they want to achieve as well as explains how it can be achieved. Rose is remarkably talented and such a perfectionist when it comes to her clients.

The only reason I am giving this salon a star is because i have too. She spent 4 hours ln a consultation that she states was only to be 30 minutes and she gave it to me free.. ( not my fault she had to spend soo much time on my consult) .. Make a long story short she did my hair a few days later she took two hair samples fairly large chunks which didnt bother me too bad because my hair is thick. She told me it would cost me 160$ and that was her being generous. It was christmas so i was like ok . The swatches turned out beautiful as i wanted them! So i was very excited! She talks me into thinning my hair out because it was very thick n long. Ok whatever i did it... Begin the process she lightens my hair and puts red on it . Turned out orange she has nerve to say "do you like it" uhmmmmm... I asked her crying "do you"? I could tell she wasnt pleased at all so cuts two more hair swatches out of my hair to "test it" i would have never thinned my hair if i knew she was going to cut it all out for samples... Who does that??? .. she tried a few more things and my hair was so horrible i told her i could NOT go in public like this and to just put brown on my hair so i can go home it was already 5 or so hours later. She did my hair till 1am which she SHOULD have since it was her disaster to fix and then up charged me to 185$ for the time for HER MISTAKE i was bawling my eyes out I've never had my hair look so horrible and she just bragged about herself being a " master colorist " i told her my hair looked better when i did it from a box. She gave me a bottle of 25$ conditioner when i left for the damage done to my hair out of sympathy because she ruined it and died it many times in one night. I contacted her the next day showing he her how horrible it was and how i felt like i was wrongfully charged and how her bottle of conditioner was sympathy and i didn't want it and she completely ignores my texts then tried to be nice to me she could tell i was furious. Then she writes and email to me how i was "aggressive" with photos and how i approached her n offered to fix it for 85$ .. I wouldn't pay her another penny to fix my horrible hair and she said it was my way of getting free color like im a scammer.. Excuse me... I wouldn't refer anyone to this women to do hair. She claims to be the best and this is the worse service i have EVER Received. Probably why she makes you sign a contract prior to getting your hair done so that her lawyer of a husband can defend her when she screws your hair up... If u want your hair chopped out and destroyed and completely horrific in public this is the salon for you.. I condensed this story mainly because it makes me sick to even think about it.
