Yelp requested a review of Pro Nails, so I don't know if it's Pro Nails at Milwaukee and Fairview Avenues in Boise, but if it is, I think they are great. Unlike many Vietnamese nail salons, everyone speaks English and will engage in conversation with their customer instead of just talking in their language among themselves. I only get pedicures from Randy and it's his foot and leg massage that keeps me coming back, it's the best I've ever had.
I have been going to Pro Nails for about 6 years now and I absolutely love it! I've tried other places but no one does my nails like Vi. She always know exactly what I want and always does an amazing job.
I had a wonderful pedicure! I'm not an expert, but my friend is and she is absolutely loyal to Vi and her staff. All very polite and efficient. Gentleman who did my pedicure was awesome. Gal who did my nails was rushed- but careful a thorough as far as I could tell
Went into the store to have my nail polish changed due to the fact I had just had them done at another nail shop the previous week and the Gel was already peeling off. The nail technician was ok, but he didn't listen to me. I still had the old polish showing through the gel polish. Plus he never shut up. Regardless to the gel he applied starting peeling. I made another appointment but couldn't make it. I am currently on the bend if I want to go back there. And to think I have him a $5.00 tip.
I've been going to Pro Nails for two years and have never been happier with my nails and toes. Vi does a wonderful job on my nails and gives me great advice when I'm deciding what I might want to do different. Tommy does my pedicure and remembers to cut my nails short just as I like. His leg massages are the best. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They only accept cash and offer an ATM in their store to make it easy. I highly recommend them.
