Not a fan. I went once earlier this past summer and got an amazing set of extensions. They looked nice and stayed on pretty well. The woman who did my lashes wasn't taking new clients, though. She only did my lashes because the person I was scheduled with had just quit. So, for a while I got my lashes done at another salon. When the opportunity arose, I decided to give Lash Fairy another try.
I booked a three week transfer fill with Gabby Cowles. It has been 2.5 weeks since I had mine done at another salon. She told me they had been enough loss that she would need to charge me for a full set, but she didn't have time to do a full set. So, she did a...wait for it...a fill. And charged me for a full set. And they shed like crazy the next couple of days. I called to come in for a complimentary touch up a couple of days later (which they tell you to do if needed) and they never called back to schedule it(!)
What a rip off. I tipped Gabby 25%, BTW, so I did my part to be a good customer. They're just not professional at this salon and I definitely would not recommend Gabby.
I was in Eagle, ID for a wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. Jaclyn came to our Airbnb four hours before we had to be at the venue and did a wonderful job with everyone's hair. No one was rushed, and she was super fun for everyone to talk to.
