Kim Nails in Boise, ID

Got my first service at Kim Nails today, acrylic full set done by Kevin! He was incredibly careful and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable at every step. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable.

My nails look fabulous, thanks to Kevin's exceptional skill and artistry. He asked lots of questions and educated me about best options for me to have long lasting nails that don't lift/break.

I highly recommend Kevin at Kim Nails for anyone looking for a top-notch nail service. His combination of skill, care, and customer service is exceptional. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with him!

It was a great manicure. Friendly. I'm not good at small talk and she visited with me.

Got me in quickly for my appointment, had great color selection. The pedicure didn't really have any additional options, so a very basic pedicure. I was a little put off that they didn't wrap the foot basin like most salons do, but maybe that was just a Covid thing? I do like that my nail tech kind of read the room that I wasn't feeling super social so found a balance of being cordial and friendly but not talking my ear off. I was a little irritated when he walked away to go do something outside for a few minutes and then also answered a personal call while doing my nails. But ultimately not a huge deal. I love my colors and how fast they got me in and out. But the tips of my nails aren't quite smoothed out like you'd expect, which may be my fault for not speaking up. But it's also something you expect from a professional nail salon. I would definitely come back, but it's not my first pick. My colors were punch mallow with a pumpkin spice accent nail.

If Kevin at Kim nails doesn't do my acrylics I don't want them! He is a Nail God. He's seriously amazing at what he does and takes his time. He's so detail oriented and I'm super picky and he never complains. In top of that he's just the kindest human. Kim doesn't do acrylics but is boss at gel nails. I love their entire staff. Just always feels like home.

By Alyssa  Don't pay any attention to your appointment time.you will wait and wait and wait.i could have gone to the beauty school and spent twenty more minutes and spent a quarter of the price. They had three nail techs in there with eight customers, and they would go back and forth between the customers and do a little bit at a time and then go back and forth again it was ridiculous! My "appointment" was at 5:00pm I was a bit early before 5:00pm. I did not even get seated until twenty till 6:00! And was finally finished at 5 til 7:00! UNACCEPTABLE!  Don't do it!
