Polish Me Pretty in Cleveland, OH

I called for a nail appointment for 6 and waited for over an hour. no one told me how long of a wait it would be or would even talk to me. After waiting for so long i just decided to walk out. Why schedule me if you don't have space? Why tell me someone will be "right with me" when that's not true. disappointing .

Went to this nail salon for the first time today and am very HAPPY with the service! Nikki did my manicure and Andrea did my pedicure and they both are extremely professional and produced the desired rose gold chrome effect that I've always wanted. I will definitely return to this location for nail services. They have a wide range of colors to choose from and this location stays open longer than most nail salons.

Very disappointed on how Shay did my nails. My nails are super lumpy and when I told her she clearly stated that it will fix with the top coat. Secondly, she sprayed Clorox on the chair to disinfect but don't think she dried it and escorted me to sit down and my pants that cost 50 dollars are now messed up. Horrendous work. She claimed she needed to get better with her customer service and I definitely agree with her because her attention to detail is horrible and her work was disgusting. Spent 85 bucks on this trash and tomorrow I have to go get my nails done somewhere else because they look repulsive. About to call Apple Pay and my bank to dispute this because a customer should never have to pay for horrendous work. I left quietly because I knew if I went back and forth with her about the lumpiness on my nails she would have caught and attitude and I'm too grown for childish play.

I've been seeing Lanni at Polish Me Pretty since December of last year for acrylic nails and the occasional pedicure. I am thoroughly impressed with not only her skills and professionalism, but all the other nail tech and cosmetologists as well! This salon is clean, affordable, and the service can't be beat. I've never loved getting my nails done, but need to keep them nice for work and Polish Me Pretty make it so much fun. Highly recommended! I have also visited Germaine for eyelashes and eyebrow waxing. She did an amazing job and was affordable as well as engaging and professional.
