Great Clips in Cleveland, OH

I was referred to this salon -- didn't know what to expect. The staff are warm and friendly. The stylist who cut my hair did an excellent job. It feels great not paying for real estate -- the salon was nice and clean. Highly recommend.

This is my regular location for hair cuts and it's usually great (if you get one of the guys) unfortunately on my last visit I was cut by Drea. Drea knows how to cut hair, but doesn't know how to listen to her client. I am trying to grow my hair so I asked for "1/4 inch slight trim and bald cut on sides" my usual had been to get a fade but I wanted a change. Drea proceeded to to take an inch or more off while trying to sell me on other services for next time. I tried to remind her I didn't want so much taken off but she said "yeah, it's looking real good" and continued her way. I recommend the others at this location but advise caution or avoidance when it comes to Drea.

I've gone to this great clips for almost a year now, I get my haircut about once a month. The people that work there have always been friendly and professional. The price is very affordable as I used to spend much more in a salon for the same type of cut. I also appreciate that they save my hair cut preference in their system so even though I get different people doing the cut it's very similar every time I've gone.

I went for a haircut 1/28/22.I have been there with great results several times.The stylist today butchered my hair.I asked for a short haircut with bangs and lots of layers.She did not know how to do bangs or layers correctly.The bangs had no layering or fringe.She got testy when I mentioned the lack of layers in the cut to her.The cut was not cohesive.The back was way too short and she shaved the top of the neck.It was cut straight across with no taper or shape whatsoever.The sides were over the ear length like I requested.I will never let her near me again..I don't know if I could ever go back there again.
