I am not one that typically writes reviews, but I feel that Chareen and Charice receive all the respect, love and support that I can give. I originally had Microlinks in my hair. I do take blame for not keeping up with them the way that I should have but life became too much to handle. I became very depressed, stressed and overworking myself. Needless to say, my needs and care took a back step. Once I was able to take control of things a little bit more, I was filled with high anxiety knowing that I had to come in and bare all to a complete stranger. My hair was a mess and I knew it, so I did what I always do and spent days researching for the perfect hairstylist. I was new to the Cleveland-Akron area so that did not make things easier.. I did reach out to two hairstylists. The first worked in a busy salon that also had a barbershop in it. I knew that was not for me and the second did not respond back to me. When I messaged Chareen with all of my questions, she set aside time in the afternoon to call me and discuss my needs over the phone. She had me come in immediately the next morning to assess the damage. When I came in, it was just me and her which put me immediately at ease. Her honesty and compassion for my struggle immediately solidified that she was going to be my hairstylist. I booked an appointment for removal of microlinks and installation of full sew in with closure (deep curl). It was booked for one week out so that Chareen could get the new hair that I had ordered. She told me what I should do meanwhile to prepare for my appointment. Even before my appointment, Chareen was answering all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I could not sleep and would cry all of the time with the thought of losing my hair. My hair was past my shoulders and I knew I had caused harm to my hair and it was my fault, but I did not want to lose my hair. Chareen put me at ease and told me everything was going to be okay and she would take good care of me and have me leave her salon feeling beautiful. Although I was still scared, her words put me at ease. The day of the appointment, Chareen brought in another hairstylist to help remove the microlinks. Her name was Charice. She was just as amazing. She was just as patient, kind and welcoming. I would like to add that they came in on their day off and the salon was completely empty. My anxiety went away because I did not have to worry about anyone judging me or thinking in their mind "why did she let her hair get so bad." I would just like to make a side note, that depression is real and very debilitating for anyone that experiences it. I was there for about 9 hours for all my services and.... I did not lose my hair!! I would like to emphasize that I truly believe that if I would have gone to anyone else, they would have cut off my hair. That's how matted and tangled it was!!I wanted to cry of joy. My install is amazing. I am back to feeling fabulous! I am eating healthy and working out again. I have even lost 20 lbs. Let's just say, I am walking advertisements everywhere I go. I will post pictures soon. For anyone who needs a hairstylist or has one and is not satisfied, Chareen, Charice and her team are the real deal!! With all the hairstylists I have had throughout my life (in the various states I have lived), they are the best! Thank you, thank you Chareen and Charice. I can not express enough gratitude for what you did for me because you did not have to come in on your day off and take the time to make sure that my hair was well taken care of and at such a reasonable price! Tiffany is an angel. I saw this salon as I was driving down the street and looked it up. I requested an appointment on Saturday afternoon. I got a text from them less than an hour later and an appointment for Tuesday evening. I'm in the chair right now writing this review. I have worn my hair natural for a few years now. I rarely get it straightened because...well I don't know why. I decided I'm sick of fighting with my curls every morning. I'm getting a silk press! I had an appointment at 6:00 and I need to be out of here by 7:50 to make it to an event at 8. I called ahead of time and asked if this would be possible and the young lady I spoke with assured me it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, when I arrived it was apparent that my stylist was not given that message. After about 15 minutes it dawned on me and I told her about my time constraints. Tiffany worked hard to get through my hair as quickly as possible in order to accommodate my request and I really appreciate that. My hair is all types of damaged, and I haven't had a proper trim in about 2 years. Despite that, Tiffany gave me an amazing silk press and trimmed just enough to give my hair nice movement and volume. Tiffany is very kind, funny and professional. She made sure to give me some tips on how to keep my hair healthy in the future and she made a point to explain to me what she was doing along the way. I think I found my permanent stylist in Cleveland! I plan to go back regularly and I will update my review as necessary but if you're in Cleveland looking for a good natural hair stylist, I recommend Tiffany. The only negative was that once it was time to pay Tiffany informed me she only takes cash. I didn't have cash and was in a rush to get out of there so I asked if could I transfer the money to her electronically. Initially she said she couldn't because she works on a commission and needs cash to distribute. She told me there was an ATM a few blocks away and that I needed to go there to get the cash. At that point I started looking flustered because I needed to be out of there 15 minutes ago to be another event by eight. I think Tiffany picked up on my desperate need to get out of there and she said I could transfer it to her electronically this time. It would be extremely helpful if the business could set up mobile pay, accept credit/debit cards or at least notify customers of the policy at the time of booking the appointment. Until then, bring cash!

Lovely salon once you get inside. Kristina gave me a braided updo for a wedding I am in. I am very happy with it, and will be back. Very cost effective as well.

I have been coming to chareem for over 8 years. Love my hair every time I leave her chair. Everyone at style of success treat you with highly respect. When you leave up out their you will think that their your real family keep up the great work ladies.
