Girl. Go. I hadn't gotten waxed for a long time before I came here and Adore was amazing. It was virtually painless and so quick. I moved right after and have considered driving back to Cleveland for my next Brazilian because it they were so nice and professional and good at what they do. Absolutely recommend.

Speedy scheduling, lovely studio, and extremely friendly staff! I've transitioned all of my brow/lash care to here and have absolutely no regrets, a wonderful studio with many services.

I have seen Lauren for brows and Danielle for brows and bikini wax and both women are fantastic! I am very particular about my brows and suffered with over tweezing in my youth so I try to take very good care of them. Highly recommend this place and love the ease of the online reservation system.

I'll keep it short because I could go on & on about how amazing and transformative my time here was... but I will just say my first brazilian experience was somehow perfect?? does it hurt like a bih? of course. but katie was literally an angel - made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. she was genuinely encouraging and informative about the whole thing - from the actual waxing to the aftercare. all of it. she talked to me the whole time so I didn't have to focus on the unpleasant pain. and it ended up being the coolest experience. super grateful I came here.

My bikini wax experience was NOT great. Julia was my specialist and although she was friendly, I had an appointment that lasted about 15-20 minutes and was the most painful wax experience I've ever had. I was so sore. I have been sugar waxed before but thought about trying another studio. Although Bloom and Clover does not seem to specialize in sugar waxing (correct me if I'm wrong), I still wanted to visit Bloom and Clover for some time now. I went there once before about a year ago for a Brazilian wax and I was too ambitious. I appreciated the specialist at the time being patient with the process and letting me know to just leave it at a bikini for now. Julia was too fast and when I asked her if there was any blood to let me know. I had to stop her right before the process was fully done. When I saw the finished job, there was redness (which was expected) and little spots of blood which I was NOT aware of. I don't know if the spots of blood started to appear when she started to treat the area but when I asked her if that was normal, she said it was. Sugar waxing will be the better option for me and I should have stuck with that. Maybe other clients had good experiences with the other specialists but Julia was too rough and not transparent about the process.
