Updating to one star after receiving that contact from management. It's giving "sorry you feel that way" especially with how she said "I wish you'd talked to me before you left." IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEEK GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, it is the servicer and team's responsibility to GIVE IT. THIS IS MY COMMUNICATED FEEDBACK I HAVE DONE MORE THAN MY PART. The servicer should be taking accountability and investigating what happened and trying to improve. I was there for at least and hour and not once did I see clear manager there anyways. Was I supposed to magically know you were there to talk to? Was I supposed to overcome my absolute discomfort and call for a manager while my appearance was in somebody's hands? I already indicated my discomfort when I was there and it kept happening!! Of course I would just leave!!
I went to have a hair cut today and the lady didn't want to style it until I asked. We all know hair will be different when styled. Sure enough, she had to trim one side after she used roller brush to style it. I came home and took a shower. After I blow dry and style my hair, one strand of hair was not cut. I feel this salon does not have staff that care enough to the details for a $50 haircut
I made an appointment for 9AM a week in advance for a perm, showed up at 9 and there was no one there able to do a perm. Waited an hour in a chair with no apology for a stylist to show up able to do a perm. After waiting over an hour was I finally quoted $400 for a perm when I was prepared to at most pay $200 (as other chains charge that price for my hair type). I declined the perm and I was offered a hair cut. I requested a simple hair TRIM, not much was taken from my hair at all. I went up to the register to pay and was charged $57!!! For a TRIM after waiting an HOUR for someone I had an appointment for. No apologies from anyone and outrageous prices for even a hair trim.
