ABSOLUTELY incredible. I mean everything, the place, the smell, the comfort, AND THE PEOPLE! I'm still in the chair, haven't even left yet and I'm so eager to share my experience with these amazing women. The second you walk through those doors, I promise you, if you respect them, you will be treated like family. When I came in I was nervous, but they quickly eased that, brought me a comfort that I don't even feel in my own house. Great people, amazing tedious work. It's clear as day that they love their jobs because they do it like it's a sport. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
I called to make an appointment with a former hairstylist Ricardo, there who had great reviews, so I wanted to try him. I had seen his reviews on Groupon. When I called, maybe the owner wasn't having a great day, but she acted like I knew him. I'm looking for a new stylist. She acted like I knew him or something because of her reaction over the phone. When she asked me to come in, I mentioned I had another appointment no relation to hair and she wanted me to drop my appointment and come in. She had mentioned she had Saturday available, so I decided to call her the day after to secure that Saturday appointment. I left the owner a sweet message and she never called me back, so I guess she didn't need or want my money. I feel disappointed and had second thoughts about writing a review but when you leave a voicemail stating you'll take that Saturday she ghosted me. I don't know Ricardo so you didn't have to be rude to me. I found you on Groupon! Thanks for nothing.
