I absolutely loving going to get my hair done by Star! She does AMAZING every.single.time! The atmosphere is welcoming and Star will make your hair vision come to life, within reason! She cares about the health of your hair, as well as the finished look aligning with your request! She is so caring and attentive when it comes to your service! I love how she is patient with my squirmy 5 year old, and slays his hair every time! There's NO QUESTION- Platinum Hair Studios is the place for the whole family to get right!

Brandi, the esthetician does my lashes and always does an amazing job. She places lavender in her hands and gently places the them under my nose. The aromatherapy is such a nice touch.

I've never gone to this salon before, I walked in and asked if the did big wave perms/American waves.
I was approached by a older man named Jose Esparza.
He supposedly was the Master Hair Colorist who possesses all the skills that a salon requires.
NOPE!! NOT JOSE ESPARZA!! I showed him the style I want and the style I DID NOT WANT!
He ruined my hair, before we begun he brought out tiny rods that would produce tiny curls,I said WAIT A MINUTE,  I want a large wave not a tiny curl! He insist that my hair since it had previously been colored that the tiny curl rods would not take and maybe only produce a large wave!

I then said to him, you are the expert and I trust you, I just DO NOT WANT MY HAIR CURLY OR I WOULD BE SO UPSET!!
He says you will fine, trust me!
I literally cried when he took the rods out and I seen how tiny and kinky my hair was!
What a nightmare, I was completely distraught.
I told him, Nooo, what did you do?? I said I don't want my hair curly and this is curly!!
You need to fix this!
I cannot pay you $150 for you ruining my hair!!
I don't like it and you need to fix it.
At this point, I still had not paid him because as I first sat onto the chair he said he only takes cash or Zelle and I told him I didn't have either and I will go to the ATM, he said don't worry pay me after. I said ok.
So now he's putting a relaxer into my hair and re-washing the perm out. He takes me back to the mirror and it's still looking curly but he's brushing it out and continues to tell me it NOT CURLY and literally laughing at me because I said it's a tiny curl still and he's arguing with me saying that it isn't. I did so how much are you going to charge me now!?
He said in a sarcastic way $150
I said you're kidding?
He says NO,  so I go to the ATM, still upset that I'm pulling out $150 to pay this guy!
I talked to my sister on a call and she says make him straighten it out again before you pay him.
I get back to the salon and tell him I need him to straighten it out more, my hair was curly, kinky and frizzy!  Mind you I have straight Asian hair.
So he puts more off the relaxing shampoo in again and the front of my hair is straight and the lower back is curly, he says just pay me $140!!!
Omg, I WANT TO WARN ANYONE WHO GOES TO THIS SALON, PLEASE BEWARE OF JOSE ESPARZA L!
He has NO CLUE WHAT HES DOING!!!

I went straight to the salon warehouse and spent more money trying to fix it and redoing it myself !!
What a waste of money and time.
HE WILL ROB YOU!

Very Professional Salon, With a number of talented, knowledgeable cosmetologist.  Their focus is to educate each client on healthy hair care.   Love this place...
