Brought my daughter last month and we loved the cut she received, so this time I decided to book an appointment for myself. I messaged with time to see availability, agreed on date and time.
I arrive day of my appointment 1:30pm and Minelli isn't in her studio, I message her of my arrival, no answer.
15 min later she comes back with a client she was working on I asked if she would like me to come back. And we agree on returning at 2:20pm
I said no worries I'll go get a bite to eat and return, I return & park in lot and receive new message to return at 2:30. I wait in car and at 2:25 get out and walk in and I see her working on a customer still. So I sit and wait now 2:30pm
And I wait 15 min pass and I have to go, I'm a mom, I scheduled with time and coordinated with my husband to leave work to stay with our toddler. I have kids to pick up from school.
Very unprofessional the way I was made to wait only to be left waiting yet again.
Worst experience yet.

I been going to Luxe salon for 3 years and my hair stylist is wonderful but the parking is getting TERRIBLE! every time I go I am always late because it takes me forever to find a parking spot. The owner needs to do something about it because I am seriously considering going somewhere else.
Nancy space#16 always delivers quality service and nails! When she does my pedicures or fills she always takes her time and is patient with me. Her space is so calm and relaxing and a total zen vibe. She's worth every dime!
