Fiancé went to get his hair cut before he flew home to see his family and the lady who cut his hair told him that his hair cut was "tedious" and decided to cut it her way. His hair cut is not faded at all you can tell she got lazy and did the bare minimum. She also decided that she was going to use hair cutting service as her therapy session and decided tell my fiancé how there was a new great chips at Nellis Air Force Base and continue to bash her coworker that was Moving there, not knowing that he is active military. North Las Vegas has a lot of active duty and as someone who works in the Human Resources this is not work behavior.
Never go to this place for the sake of everyone. The workers in that place does NOT listen to the directions and while Brandi was cutting my hair, the paper said square on the back, that shit looks round and ugly and not even to say the least, then she randomly starts trimming my eyebrows which I did not ask for her to do and starts shaving my ears which I did not ask and it made me uncomfortable. During the cut, Brandi was being extremely sassy and rude. Another lady, Kristen, even refused to cut my hair because she trimmed my beard wrong but I liked how she did my hair, extremely sensitive she is after the fact I told her it was the beard which I'm only going to do myself.
If I could give this review 0 stars I would . The woman who cut my hair did the worst job I have ever had! She not only cut my neck but she cut a patch in the back of my head and didn't show me. My girlfriend said wtf when I got home and that's how I found out. Now I understand why this place was empty when I walked in. This is absolutely unacceptable and she needs to go back to relearn how to do her profession. Any other place in this town is better. I wish I could give you a name but it was the woman with the septum piercing. Just stay away all together this place is bad news.
Terrible wait times and no worker's. You sign in online and it means nothing. Avoid this one.
I just left this place. It was my first time here so I had a question about the check in process and when I asked the lady answered back in a rude way it was not crowded for her to feel or answer that type of way.
Never coming back here again. And it was 4 of us getting a hair cut so they lost 4 customers.
