Really great service! They are fast and quick with a high quality work. The techs are super friendly and nice. Vi is awesome! Highly recommended this place.
Only been here once before and had a good experience. Went in to get a pedi last week around 6pm so there was only one employee left in the shop. Cory has done my nails before and was great, this time not so much. We were having a normal conversation and he suddenly asked me "what would you do if someone tried to rape you? Would you fight back or just let it happen?" Super crazy question to ask a stranger, he continued on to tell me I should just "let it happen and then rape them back as revenge." I told him this is a crazy conversation to be had and then when I got up to leave he said "I want to rape you" as I was leaving the door was locked and I was genuinely terrified! On top of that I now have an infection in my nail due to unclean materials! Never going back, recommend all stay away from this salon.
Horrible place....whoever the guy was who did my nails cut me and did the worst fill in I've ever had in my life. My nails are bumpy, uneven, paint on my cuticles and skin. I had two broken nails that needed to be replaced and the guy could not get the shape to match my other nails. The place was outdated, old and kind of dirty. Two thumbs down
My husband and I went to this spa today, June 23, 2023. We both had the Volcano pedicure and the basic manicure. I also had my eyebrows done. We have been looking for a place that is comparable to the nail salons that we visit when we visit friends in Texas. Vee did my mani pedi and Tina did my husband's mani pedi. We were both very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be coming back here. The customer service was outstanding! I don't know why the reviews for this place are so low or how this business was in the past but I would definitely give them another try if I were you.
