DISCLAIMER: this is a review for the consignment shop not the salon. Owner was rude when my partner and I entered with drinks from Uncommon Ground (a coffee spot that I highly recommend). She angrily said "we can't have those" after browsing for a minute and that "there's a sign at the front that no one reads". Well, of course no one can read it if your door is left wide open. Target and Wal-Mart blouses were priced in the $30 range, by the way. When she told us we could leave our drinks up front, we said we were good and left.
Ruth is an amazing hairdresser! While she is phenomenal with the latest styles, she is an unbelievable barber! My son who is now 15 has been going to Ruth since he was 3. He refuses to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Ruth and being able to shop before and after our visit in her consignment shop is so much fun!!!

I could not be happier with Ruth as a hair stylist! She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I came to her with overprocessed hair that very dry and damaged. Because her products are ammonia free the change in my hair is dramatic. It no longer looks dry and frizzy.I highly recommend her!
Ruth is so sweet, and the best hairdresser. I texted her panicking because my hair was so damaged from a perm, I thought I had hair loss. She saved my hair!! I went in with super dry damaged hair, and she saved it. It looks so healthy now, but still long in length, just like I wanted it to be. I walked out of there with a complete transformation. She definitely knows what she's doing and will talk to you and figure out what you want. She's totally against putting chemicals in your hair and really cares about keeping your hair healthy. Ruth, you're the best!! Thank you so much!
