Nails Pro in Towson, MD

I stopped going here back in 2018 because I kept having issues with poor quality work and having to get services redone. Nobody has gone for that. So flash forward to the present... I decided I'd try to save a few bucks instead of going to my latest go-to place and hoped that by now this place would've gotten its act together. Nope not the case. I had a gentleman so my nails who was aggressive and he didn't even care for my nails by giving me an actual manicure with cuticle trimming just went straight into the full set burning my skin with acetone and with the sanding machine he used to file off my gel color from my prior manicure. I yelled in pain and he kept going. One mail has broken off in a week and a others are either crooked or too bulky. The shape is inconsistent across all nails. I will NEVER go back here. I didn't even want to return for a fix because why? Been there done that. That will be the last $100 you get from me Nails Pro (ha) wrong name for you guys!!! Not even a star deserved but I had no choice but to choose something to leave a post.

After going BACK to get my nails fixed from the 1st time Tony messed up my nails to this time his work was no better. Approx 1 week after getting them redone I needed ANOTHER set AGAIN !!!! He rushed thru , his brush stroke had streaks and the polish was bubbled up. Not to mention the extra acrylic he left on the sides of each nail. This shop will never get a dime from anyone I know .

This business has really gone down the drain I have been coming here for over 10 years and a lot has changed at first it use to be really good. Service was excellent over the years the new technician aren't so great. I didn't have a problem paying the prices until the work didn't match the prices anymore don't recommend

Would give zero stars if I could but the guy who did my eyebrows did an amazing job .. the guy who did my nails and toes did a horrible job, it look like my 5 year old niece did them ... I'm guessing he's new , I couldn't wait to leave , I didn't want to stay another moment , I was in the area and said what the heck they always did a good job in the past , I'll go in since I'm in the area .:: never again .:: went to the place that normally does my nails afterwards to get them done over, I just didn't trust anyone to do them over.

I'll cut to the chase... I love the way that my pedicure turned out and how my feet feel. However, I was never asked what kind of pedicure i wanted. I was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done or if I wanted a manicure so it feels like the up-charge to a gel pedi was by design. I replied that I did not have time for any extra services and that I only wanted a regular pedicure. I was never given the price book and actually had to ask another pedicurist to see the book so that I had an idea of the prices (they range from $35 - $60). The service I wanted (and that I thought that I was getting) was the $35 classic pedicure. What I got was a $50 gel pedicure! I've never had a gel pedicure before. No bueno. I know the issues that nails go through with gel manicures and I have no idea what my pedicure will look like as time goes by which does worry me. I may go back. If I do, I will be absolutely clear about what I want.
