If I could put 0 stars I would. I came in to get my tips taken off and they did not use any acetone or soak my nails at all. They ripped the tip off of every finger as well as what they put on top of the nail. Part of my nail bed was ripped off of 2 of my fingers and it was incredibly painful. They said that this is how they do it here, so I will not be coming again. When clipping my nails the guy was not paying attention at all and had my skin in between the clippers and cut off part of my skin (incredibly painful) and just said "oh sorry" and proceeded to the rest of my nails like it was nothing. He then proceeded to tell me how thin my nails are compared to the average person- which I did not appreciate at all since it is something I have never liked about myself. I was supposed to get a gel manicure after my tips were taken off, but decided otherwise since I was in pain from him ripping off my fake nails before. The technician that sits at table #4 needs to learn how to do nails, and how to be respectful in the process. Will not be coming back and will advise others to not come here.

Overpriced, inconsistent pricing, inconsistent work product. This salon is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, but their work product is terrible. I needed a new salon after moving to the area, so I decided to give them a try. I have been to this salon four times, and each time I've left disappointed. The first time I went, I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and it costed $60 before tip. I asked for a design, showed the technician a reference photo, and he started doing my nails, but it wasn't until he started painting my nails that he advised that the woman who does designs was too busy to do it today "but next time." I was shocked by the price since most salons don't charge extra for gel polish these days and my old salon charged $40 for a full set of acrylics with gel polish. Surprisingly, that was my best experience. Within two weeks, the gel polish had chipped on every nail, so I found myself back at the salon for a fill a bit earlier than I like to. This time and the following two times the nails were all different shapes, all different lengths, and all different thicknesses. The acrylic was along the skin bordering my nail, and when it flaked off in the days following, the whole nail became one wrong move away from falling off entirely. To my surprise, a fill was $50 before tip. I convinced myself the price wouldn't be so bad if the quality was better this time. Nope. The last two times they've charged me $55 for a fill, and I've had the same issues. At two weeks, tonight I had one nail pop off while opening a box and I was able to peel the others off with ease. In my many years of getting acrylic nails, I've struggled to get them off at home when I've desperately wanted to, so to get them off with such ease was really upsetting to me. I gave this salon a good try and lots of patience - multiple techs, multiple days of the week - but I will not be returning. In today's world where gel is practically standard, a salon should not charge extra for gel polish overlay on acrylics. Moreover, a fill should not be only $5 cheaper than a full set, and I should be able to go more than 2 weeks between fills. For context, I work a desk job, so all nails to be chipped and barely hanging on after just two weeks is absurd. If you're going to charge this much, then the work product better be worth it. Maybe the prices here are the going rate for the Towson area, but take your money to a salon that delivers quality work that's worth every penny. That's not here.

I am always very pleased when I go to get my manicure and pedicure. Sometimes I just get pedicures and do my own manicures. They always do an excellent job. I get gel on my toes so I don't chip them. I also get paraffin wax at the end because my heels tend to be a little dry. It is a little on the high side I would say, but I am always happy with the end result. They do offer soda, water, and I believe wine? 9+ because I do think it is a little pricey!!! THERE is a sign when you go in that says please tip cash only. In other words a big part of their check.
