tried to upcharge me even though I double checked the prices even when I confirmed prices before. then once I brought it up to her she said fine is you don't wanna pay full price. maam is is not my fault your wall has incorrect pricing. told me she would give it to me for the price I was told then charged my card that made up price plus more. do not go here, my nails dont even look all that good. That lady gone run into the wrong person who dont play that
Love to get my eyebrows done here and have for a few years. The employees are kind and gentle. I get compliments on my otherwise unruly brows after going there. Also a great price!
First time trying this place out, they only had 2 people working, my cousin and i got a manicure and pedicure. girl doing my cousins nails was very sloppy and was very OBVIOUSLY talking bad about her. she also tried to use a dirty (old skin and blood crusted) cuticle cutter from a station that no one was working at, on her. poor service & will not be returning. Then messed up my nail shape and rushed through painting them which caused bumpiness in some nails.
I really didn't have a great experience here... the staff was friendly enough but I just literally could not understand anything they said, and I was nervous the whole time because I just didn't get a sense they knew what they were doing. Both my pedicure and manicure turned out okay, but in the process both beauticians just seemed to question themselves and not be very skillful in their execution. My manicure is functional, but just a lot of gel polish was on my fingers and one very obvious spot I had to break the skin away from the nail and file it because she had left polish overlapping. The pedicure was also functional, but sparkles were all over my toes and just didn't look like a clean paint job. They were friendly and pleasant, but I'm sorry I will not be coming back here.
No stars if possible they don't know what they are doing the shop is lovely but the employees don't fit wasted over 100$ in repairs new sets and hospital bill don't do it until they get new employees!
