I called this salon about an hour before closing & they gladly were accepting of my appointment. From the moment I walked in, the lady (owner I believe) who did my nails was absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever came across. She rushed my nails & was mad at me for coming in late, BUT SHE ACCEPTED MY APPOINTMENT KNOWING IT WAS AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE. While she was preparing my nails/filing/buffing , she was practically yelling at me to pick a color bc apparently even though my nails were nowhere near ready to be painted , that was causing her to stay longer ? ? Made no sense to me , she hadn't even finished prepping my nails and was adamant for me to pick a color bc as if it was going to magically make time go faster. Overall my nails were decent but I will NEVER return here. This is my second time going to this salon since I moved to Wilmington & they're just not nice people & the customer service is very unprofessional. I'm paying YOU for a service , treating your customers like s* & acting all hot & bothered all the time is NOT the way you run a business. If I could give -100 stars I would. If you're looking for a decent mani/pedi with a negative atmosphere & tons of judgement & disrespect than I'd highly recommend. Go somewhere else, it's not worth being mistreated while SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on a service THEY OFFER. Do better "Nails 4 u"... more like "Disrespect 4 u". I really hope they read this & do better.
This salon always does a great job on my nails. They are very accommodating if I have a schedule restraint. The ladies are so nice, the prices are fair and I got my lashes done for the first time there and asked for them to be short and very natural looking and that is just what I got!
Do not go there!!! Last time I went was just for a color change and fill in. When I was having the buffering done one tip was cracked on my pinky. The man then used a fake tip to dig into it to pop it off. While doing so he cracked my real nail in the middle. Once my whole back heals of my actual nail was off he then proceeded to put Acetone in the skin of my finger. He ripped my nail off to the skin then with open wound put acetone on my finger. Never said sorry just said my nail broke and couldn't put new nail on. He still charged me for removing nails! If I could give a zero star review I would. He was careless and unkind.

I came in for a full set. I did not know the name of the place because there wasn't a sign. I did see a small window sign that said Nails 4 U. I was greeted quickly and sat within 2 minutes. I have never been in such a more unclean, disorganized, messy nail place. I feel like I need to get a shower now. The pedi chairs and furniture are so outdated and there is dust and nail residue everywhere. I don't know how they are allowed to be open. The man doing my nails skipped about 4 steps and did them in 15 minutes. The place was so busy and I don't get it. I would not recommend coming here.
