L V Nail Spa in Wilmington, NC

Had a terrible experience 10 min ago. I've been here many times and it's average but I was very disappointed this time. I got acrylics and the lady was practically throwing my hands each time she wanted me to move and gave me a terrible manicure. She only trimmed and filled, no lotion, cuticles, or anything of an actual manicure. Also, I had many request saying this was my first set in a while and wanted them very natural and she completely ignored my request. Nails are very thick and uneven. Was very rushed and my nails do not look good. Disappointed, I wish I got the lady's name but she was not one of the owners.

I have been going to this salon for several years and usually had the same person. But lately this year it is all about turn around for more profit. The last time I went, I was sitting in the chair pushing my cuticles down. This woman grabbed my hands and said I do. I pulled my hands back and said I always do that. They don't do that so you will come back sooner with growth of nail. For my pedicure, she actually scrubbed so hard, she drew blood and was quite sore for several days. I am done. I will not be disrespected and it's not ok to cut corners which she was and my nails chipped in a few days!  Not ok.... Save your money.

This place was lovely! I had a pedicure and manicure here while on vacation. It was affordable, Elena was meticulous st prepping and painting my nails, and especially wonderful at the leg massage. The massage chair worked beautifully and helped me relax, and the atmosphere was calm and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been here twice with my grandmother who was treating me for a manicure and a pedicure. We both were treated with disrespect and they were not gentle. I told them to be gentle on my hands and they proceeded to cut my cuticles so far down my finger was bleeding. I told them it was bleeding and to be more gentle and that it hurt and they continued on. My grandmother was having her feet scrubbed and they scrubbed it raw. Her toes were bleeding and they cut it down to the point where she couldn't even put sandals on. My grandmother told the woman to stop multiple times and she kept going until the skin was raw and bleeding. We both were treated with extreme disrespect. The woman was very disrespectful and seemed to be in such a rush to the point she didn't care that she hurt both of her customers. I do not know the woman's name but she was older and had short orange kind of hair. She sure does know how to be "gentle"Very disappointing. if you're gonna charge over $100 at-least do better They were absolutely horrible. Never going back again it is such a waste of money. They charged us $180 for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures It's honestly embarrassing to see how someone can treat their customers in such a way. Looking for new places, thank you.

I keep looking for a really good nail salon to replace the one I went to for 30 years(!!) back in Maryland.This is the best one yet.I'm going back for a 2nd time--mainly because they listened to me and what I wanted done
