There are a few times in life, I've been wowed by my nail tech. Today was one of them. Sam is phenomenal. You won't find her rushing, cutting corners to get just get done. The shape, the polish, the manicure/pedicure was very detailed. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 10 years, and am super particular. Exceeded expectations. Thanks Sam!
Gel Manicure: From far away they look good but on closer inspection you can see imperfections on almost every nail. I think the problem was that her topcoat was to thick. There isn't topcoat on sides of of nails and to thick on tips. You can see where topcoat is put on the tips. She is pleasant to talk to. She talks on cell phone to relatives and made several texts to them. Ate lunch while removing polish. Not very professional.
Sam is fantastic! This is my second visit and both times I asked for a specific design on my nails. Her artwork is incredible. She is extremely talented and pays close attention to detail. Everything about her customer service exceeded my expectations. If you don't know exactly what you want as far as color or design, she is very patient and will make awesome suggestions. I will be back for sure!
I moved here from California and tried different salons , I just wasn't happy with any of them ....then I found Sam! I have found my new forever nail salon, always always on time, does not use a drill to get off old gel and always does an awesome job, not to mention she's professional and fun to talk to. I get a gel manicures on a regular basis and can't wait to try a pedicure as well.
She cut the side of my thumb and didn't notice until I said something, scraped off a good layer, stung pretty bad and still charged $45. Now a week later the skin on the side of my thumb is still messed up.
