Victoria is such a talented Esthetician .  She makes you feel like a star! She is warm and welcoming .

Went here the first time just for a wash and blow dry and liked it so much I have made it my regular place. Amanda is amazing. Very knowledgeable and seemed to really get my hair right away. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. I haven't tried the spa yet, but it looks wonderful. The prices are good. Would definitely recommend you give it a try!

Came in for a facial... decent experience. Esthetician was great! She asked great questions about my skin goal and tailored my experience to those needs. Place is recently renovated and looks great in the inside. My only knock and why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is cleanliness... seems that could improve a bit but then I was there on a very busy day so perhaps it was just tough to keep up with and isn't typically like that. Observed no mask were being worn and were not requested of guests. This may be a concern for some people especially with how close to the face stylist and estheticians get to your face during your appointments.

Bad hair days are a real thing. Bad haircuts can be traumatic. That's because our tresses/manes say a lot about us. (If my hair's in a ponytail, you know that's the best I could do today.)

I have been going to SDC for years and years. (And years.) I have occasionally taken a break, like when my longtime stylist moved away. I've tried those walk-in places and other salons. I come back here because the quality and service is always good. I'm done straying.

The stylists have regular training on different products and techniques. They have different levels of stylists; prices increase with stylist experience. Yet prices are still comparable to similar salons.

I love the gentle head massage that is included with the shampoo. Today, my stylist, Paige, spent extra time with me discussing color and style options as I was considering a change. She is great to work with.

The first floor has a spa where they do manicures, facials, etc. I had a facials once years ago. I don't know what they do now.

The second floor is where the hair salon is. The only thing I don't care for is that when it's really busy, it can get pretty noisy. The vaulted ceilings, piped-in music, hair dryers, and lots of people talking results in a cacophony that makes conversation with your own stylist difficult.

Good hair is so worth finding a good salon. Good hair days!

I don't recommend this salon at all. I was cancelled on two hours prior to my appointment that I had waited over two weeks for. The reason was because the stylist I was referred to "fell asleep by the pool and had too bad of a sunburn." She then tried to reschedule me for another 10 days out so I called the salon to get the next available appointment with a different stylist. They got me in the next evening at 4:00 but I did not get called back until 4:25. The front desk staff wasn't friendly and didn't feel the need to tell me that my stylist was running almost 30 minutes late. After showing the stylist the color that I was going for with the balayage, she proceeded to tell me that she didn't like a lot of contrast and she knew the best way to keep my hair "low maintenance." This resulted in a 3 hour appointment where my hair looked basically the EXACT same at the end. $200 later, I feel like my money and time was wasted. It seems like they think their time is more important than their customers. I would steer clear of this salon.
