There were 2 stylists working at stations behing the desk and 1 stylist working to my right. No one said a word to me, or even looked in my direction. Hmmm... I did notice someone putting towels away in the back and thought she would come up when she was was done. I finished one style magazine and picked up another--all the while standing at the desk--and still no one acknowledged that I was there. The gal I thought might help me came up front and stopped at an empty station to my right, never looked at me, then picked up her phone and started checking messages! Really?? I waited 5 minutes and not one employee said a word to me. I looked around one more time, then left. Talk about feeling small...
