Made an appointment today for manicure and pedicure today at 9:30. I showed up at 9:30 on the dot and the salon was dark and no one was in it. I waited on the bench out front until 9:38 and decided to start walking to my car. I left at 9:40 and went to another salon in woodland that got me in right away. Waste of my time trying to book and go to nails tech.
Joanne is back at Nails Tech and always great with acrylic on my real nails. Any design and color, and she always gets it right. I'll be back as a regular every month for my nails, pedicures, and waxing
This place does a good job but be prepared to wait for a long time even if you have an appointment. I have been here multiple times thinking maybe it will be different. Every time I come in I schedule an appointment sometimes a week in advance and once the day before and every time I have to wait an hour plus. They tend to over book even with many staff members. It doesn't matter if you come during the week or the weekend, it's the same for this place.
