Very unprofessional. Took two weeks to reply to me with an appointment then cancelled on me the day of. I asked when we could reschedule and I never got a response. Kind-of ridiculous for someone who is strict and doesn't tolerate rescheduling without charging a fee.
I came to Kim Feryance with a total mess on my hair and in the process of going blonder. I don't know how she does it but she DOES IT! She got my hair to the perfect tone in one sitting and still got some more to go but all I can say is shes been amazing to me not just with my hair but also as a client she really cares and puts in the work to get you to your hair goal! Really recommend her hair treatments as well trust you will not leave her chair disappointed !!
It was my first time ever, coming to the Hide Away Salon with Kim Feryance... let me tell you that girl has magical hands! She works miracles on hair! I got the Split End and B3 Treatment, and I have never felt this good about my hair in a LONG time. It's wonderfully soft and shiny, and I'm literally OBSESSED. Not only is she amazing at doing hair, but she is very knowledgeable in what she does and she will explain everything to you in a way you could understand. If you want a bang for your buck, the QUALITY Kim gives you is unimaginable. I can't wait to return to her for the next treatment.
If your looking for a knowledgeable and great hairstylist, Kim is the person to go to. I have been going to her for years for all my hair needs such as balayage, split end treatment and all things involving color. I have never been disappointed and always end up loving my hair. She knows what she is doing and it shows. She even managed to fix and make my hair healthy again after another hairstylist caused major breakage and damage. I honestly thought I would have to cut all my hair off, but thank god Kim knew what exactly to do. I highly recommend you try out The Hideaway Salon and Kim.
Kim is amazing at what she does! She makes sure to let you know how to maintain your blonde hair and what products she recommends. She also makes sure to keep your hair's health in mind. She did a foilayage on me twice now with the first one being a correction from another hairstylist. I would 100% recommend her.
