If I could give no stars I would. I've gotten my nails done here previously buy a young lady and she did such a good job. I happened to come on a day where she wasn't there and it ruined my nails!!! A man did my nails and I specifically told him I wanted square and he did the complete opposite of that. these are my real nails and I don't play about my nails!! I was tempted to walk out as soon as he started rounding out my nails! I decided to give him a chance and I wish I hadn't. He filed my nails crooked and make the acrylic thin. So thin infact it broke my REAL NATURAL NAIL OFF!! . Not only do I now have to cut my nails off because he ruined them by shaping them crooked but I paid a lot of money for some mediocre nails. The polish was chipping as soon as I walked out. I do not recommend this place at all. He also used a razor blade to scrape out my nail bed
Really nice people and excellent massage. I come every month for a pedicure to relax and have pretty feet. I can usually call and get in the same day.
My first time here for a pedicure and it was worth it. I got the peacock pedicure with gel polish by Lily. She did a great job, she put just the right amount of pressure on my legs, felt amazing. She was also super nice and sweet, we had a great conversation. I was the 6pm appointment and she did not rush either. I will definitely be back for my pedicures. The place is very nice inside and cozy, welcoming staff. I stopped earlier in the day when they were busy but the gentleman was so nice and explained he was short staffed I was more than welcome to come back later. So I made my appointment for after work. It was a much needed pedicure with relaxation.
I went here for a manicure and pedicure. I was very happy because it was clean and quiet. I asked for the basic pedicure for $29 - but was charged $59 and was given a service I did not ask for. I paid for it because it was caught off guard and surprised and she did the full service. When I reached out to them about this, they apologized and offered me a refund because they knew I asked for the basic one. I'll be back based on the quality work and honesty and customer service to right the situation.
Today was my first time. I called. They could fit me in right away. They were lovely and welcoming. They get you in a comfy chair in a foot whirlpool right away and bring the nail color choices to you. They worked together to understand my special needs: a way of cutting my toenails recommended by my podiatrist and no polish on my fingernails. I indulged and spent $10 more for extra pampering and the foot and leg massage were exceptionally good. My hands and feet look and feel amazing! Plus there are pink flamingos on the wall. I love flamingos.
