I'm so happy to have found someone to cut my hair in Woodland. Last week, Cory trimmed my hair and gave me long layers. She took her time and I had fun talking with her. Today, I finally styled it myself and now looking at it straight I can really see how my layers are looking and I'm even happier than before.

First time experience at The Hair Lounge. I had the pleasure of having Cory give me a haircut. Her attention to detail and diligence to giving me a perfect haircut was awesome. Plus she is very outgoing and we had a pleasant conversation during the entire haircut. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Been looking for a place since moving up from southern Cali and finally found such a good spot ! Brazilian blowout , cut and color is what I got and it's perfect. Marisol did my hair and I'm obsessed. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and welcoming !

Beware!! I spent a year trusting Kirstie as my hair stylist and now I'm left with chemically damaged, over-processed hair with severe breakage in the front. My new stylist won't even foil the area because it's so damaged. I wouldn't be leaving this review if Kirstie had tried to make things right with me as I've been a loyal client, but after two attempts, she is adamant that I need to spend a boat load of additional cash on hair treatments and vitamins, insinuating that my hair of course is damaged. The only apology I got was a half hearted "I'm sorry you're noticing some breakage". She treated me like this is all very common. Noticing "some" breakage. Maybe it's common for her clients, but in over 20 years of having my hair professionally highlighted, this has never happened to me. Kirstie never once said, "oh no, come on in! Let me see what I can do!" or offered any type of refund. She continued deflecting and didn't show one ounce of compassion. I'm pretty appalled by the way I've been dismissed by Kirstie and hope prospective clients read this review and heed warning. As I soak my damaged hair in deep conditioning treatments trying to restore it to the way it was before I came to this salon.
