Went in yesterday for polish gel change and pedicure with no polish and I was charged 100 dollars! As if I wasn't furious enough about the astronomical over charge I check my account and they apparently tipped them selves and I was actually charged $110.00.
I have been going to this nail salon for YEARS! While most of my friends hate it, I have remained loyal and continued to go even when some days it hasn't been the greatest. Today was the day I said enough. The owners are husband and wife. The husband has got to be the rudest business owner I have ever come across. I was in yesterday for a pedicure. I noticed my big toe was messed up when she finished so I asked if they would fix it. I had already been there over an hour so I waited some more for it to be fixed. The wife came over and just patched it. I told her that it would come off and she of course assured me it would be fine. I took a bath later that night and a whole chunk of color came off. Went in today and the husband said come back in an hour we are too busy or if you want to wait it will be 2 hours. I went to wife and she said come back. I said let me just do it myself, but if you would have done it correctly yesterday I wouldn't be here. I finished doing my own toe and while letting it dry another woman walked in and said her toenails were messed up and he sat her right down. So I said, oh she can sit right down but I have to wait 2 hours?? He then became rude and I told the wife, you have known me for YEARS and this is the treatment I get? I won't be back. The husband was so sarcastic as I left but I assure you, my loyalty for this business is over!!
This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The service was bad. The tools she used on my hands were dirty. She did a horrible job. They gouged me with the price of SOAKING MY NAILS..... $20.
