i went here once for a haircut and once for highlights. i wasn't very happy with the haircut because it was uneven, poorly done, and not really what i asked for. i didn't really want to go back, but i was short on time and this was the closest place. i asked the lady to make my hair as light as she possibly could and i said i wanted cooler tones. i left with orange spots in my hair. i'm a natural blonde so i don't even know how she managed that, but it looked awful after i washed my hair. and the price was literally crazy. i'm not a karen, i have literally never wrote a review in my life, but i just think people should know that this place is not worth the money. at all. i literally left crying twice.
i Went in there and showed heather multiple pictures of the hair style I wanted which was actually pictures of me from Last year and got absolutely nothing like what I asked for and was still made to pay 30$. dont get me wrong she did a good job but did not give me what I asked for...
Wonderful staff and service. Kanya is sweet and funny. She is also deliberate about making sure each client is being cared for and given a quality visit.
Just sat for an hour after being told it was going to be a few minutes. No one else but me waiting. One girl sitting in her chair playing on her phone. Left without getting a hair cut. Big waste of time.
