Since being back here I went to my old spot to get my nails done. Kev is still the best at his art. They weren't real busy because I went Friday after work. Not on a busy Saturday so it was more laid back. I loved my nails and will go back for pedicure next time.
Kevis is awesome does a great job but the wait is very long AMD doesn't take apt. Wish they took apt and I would go there more
I tried to come here to get my nails done with my daughter but was told that they don't allow children under 13 years old! I understand that they may not want kids running around while their mom gets nails done- but if I'm bringing my daughter, I'm doing it because she knows how to behave in a situation like that. She's had her nails done lots of times and I was shocked to find that a place (especially a place that isn't fancy) wouldn't allow a child in their facility!
LOVE this place! And these people. So friendly and so kind. Owner couple Kevin and Nancy are GREAT people. Speak very good English. Also the only people in Monroe who do my acrylics the way I like them. I'm a Los Angeles city girl who can modestly say knows a good nail job. Only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of time and pedicures. They are busy every time I ever come in. If I have a free afternoon it's worth the wait. But if I'm in a rush, maybe not the best choice. They have a small staff so that accounts for most of the back up. Pedicure paint jobs aren't the best here but they still treat you well and do a good job with all other pedi aspects. Overall a very welcoming, personable place to be pampered!!
