Nail Expo in Cleveland, OH

well i had gone for about 7 years used to take my daughter but she didnt like them so went elsewhere came today, only customer there, the aunt lady was rude and no hello or nothing n gets to cutting my nails ... mind you i was here for mani pedi i say stop wait trim them she say get out my chair go uncle i say no that ok i spend my 100$ elsewhere they have gone down very much rude miss appointments last 2 times su rude n dont write it down i go for nothing then she dont want to admit she made mistake i hear aunt call me dirty work i speak mandarine she speak catonise so i never go back hooe they shut down they no treat ppl right n have roach n loose lot customer

Save your money and time. so I went to get a fill in and four replaced. The Lady seemed to be polite. I was trying to tell her how I want my nails and she said okay she had it. A few more time and still she wanted not suggestions on what i wanted. She finished and they seemed to be nice. Mind you I did not have on my glasses. Once I got home and put my glasses on they were four different shapes and had ripples in them. Not smooth at all. I called and went back the next day and she said I didn't know what I wanted. She had a attitude and start d working on me. I had to tell her to stop cause she was sanding my cuticles. If she was going to act lime that them so Going else could fix them. She got it together and they looked even worse. She was fussing in her language the entire time. I was really upset when she got done so l left to keep my self calm. I don't need the stress. I may try back tomorrow but who has time to keep running around the same bush. Bad business

Don't spend your money here! Service is poor and they refuse to correct their mistakes. They conveniently can't speak English when you tell them what they did wrong. But they have no problem speaking English to get your money. My nails are bumpy and crooked.

Horrible. I wanted cat eye nails and I picked out a blue/green/pink cat eye and when she (Anne) applied the color and finished my nails they looked absolutely NOTHING like the photo did. I've gotten Cat eye for years and my nails look nothing like cat eye and I am very disappointed. She made me pay $50 and if I didn't she said she would call the police. She did not even offer to give me half off or anything. Very disappointed and will be calling the owner to give me my money back.

Walk-ins are not welcomed. I went first thing when they opened and was told I would have to wait at least an hour( probably more she said) for a gel manicure, with the suggestion I come back another day..... No Thanks
