I absolutely recommend spoiling yourself at Lady Lucks! The salon has a very warm and inviting feel- this place is exceptionally cozy and comfortable! I had the pleasure of having Sophie work wonders with my hair coloring- she's so knowledgeable and well versed in her field. Her dyeing along with her fantastic haircuts really pull off the look I want. I trust her with my locks forever! 10/10 recommend.

i went and had specific ideas on what i wanted and how i wanted my hair to be cut. (long to much shorter) and the woman who did my hair A. basically did nothing i wanted. cut the back way too short, left way too much at the top, and i specifically asked for layers and got no layers. she was very friendly and talkative but i came for a hair cut and was very upset with the haircut i left with. the establishment was very nice and i enjoyed the workers and their inclusiveness overall, just sucks i paid full price for a hair cut, that was nothing like what i wanted in the first place.

I went to LadyLuck for the first time today. I had shoulder-length hair and wanted a pixie haircut. I was initially nervous because they gave me a stylist who looked very young and I worried about her experience as I've had bad pixies in the past. Turns out there was no need to worry because Elise did an amazing job! She took time to sit and talk with me before we started, reviewed a few photos and explained what kind of cut would work best for my hair texture. She took a lot of time to make it look just right and reviewed product use for easy styling at home. I'm so happy with this cut and I've already received compliments! Elise has a new loyal client!

This was my first time going to Lady Luck's Hair Parlor. I have a super hectic schedule and I needed a haircut appointment within a week. My normal salon/styist has a 3 month wait. Ouch! So Lexie Dunn had an opening and I am super glad she did. I have a thick somewhat unruly wavy hair pixie cut. Let me just say Wow. Lexie cut my hair so nicely that I literally wash it, comb it and air dry it. Add a little moisturizer to calm the frizz. My hair falls into place and stays this way until I wash it again. Ive never had a haircut that works with my waves and texture so well. Thank you Lexie! See you in 5 weeks!

LadyLuck is, believe it or not, my first real hair cut ever. As a 24 year old woman, one day recently my boyfriend gave me a gift card for this highly-rated salon nestled in the heart of ***. Some brief background- I am one of many children, homeschooled and pretty much raised with the mentality of "if you need something done, we can do it ourselves." Boys all got hair cuts from my dad and girls.. well honestly, we just didn't really cut our hair growing up. And then when we became adults and entered into the real world, we made our own decisions. I always just chopped my hair when I felt it was getting too stringy by myself. But, I suppose it was time to go to a real hair salon and so I booked a consultation (yes, a consultation for a hair cut). I was expecting them to be really annoyed that I was coming in for a consultation on just a basic TRIM. However, if you've never gone to a hair salon before and your first time is at age 24.. it's a big nerve-wrecking! My appointment was with Bec and she was nothing but kind. I was nervous as to how she might judge my self-cut (probably self-destroyed) hair, but she was patient, listened to my hair history and had very helpful suggestions. She examined my hair and made a few suggestions but we decided for me to book an appointment to come in for a trim with styling and washing. When I came back in, Bec was lovely as could be. She cut my hair and I was so thrilled with the results. I have SO many layers that I don't know how she even did it. My hair was not even (Hello a lifetime of cutting it at will wherever the ends were dead and not paying attention to styling it). She worked her magic and did such a fantastic job. We cut a few inches off, which isn't a huge deal for a lot of people, but for me it was a huge step and I so appreciated her attention to detail and to making me feel comfortable. I'd never had my hair washed by someone else before so that was awesome. And she styled my hair in a way I never had before- with a curling barrel (I usually use a straightener), and put protective products and texturizer in it. I am one of those hair snobs who usually doesn't let anyone else touch their hair, but I learned a lot from her and can't wait to see her again. The salon itself is unassuming from the outside but very cute and eclectic on the inside. I have only seen the same three stylists both times I was there, and all three seem to be incredible at what they do and very attentive to their clients' needs. Would definitely go back (and plan to). Thank you LadyLuck :)
