Creation Nails in Cleveland, OH

My 14 yr old daughter went there with my SIL. She wanted Acrylics for the first time so I said ok. She said the guy who did her nails kept smacking her hand even though she told him she's never had her nails done before and doesn't know how her hands should be placed. She told him she wanted them short. She asked for a Hello Kitty face on one nail each hand. He told her he could do it. It cost $75 and she came home with extra long nails and the Hello Kitty was awful. The paint job was terrible and the nails were uneven! I wanted to take her back to get them fixed but they were closed the next day and she refused to go to school like that. I had a friend fix them for her. Do not recommend at all!

Literally the worst customer service today and it's very disappointing cause they were nice before. Last night they turned me away for my appt because they allowed to many walk ins. Rescheduled for today and I walked in to them yelling at me that I was late, but they had the wrong time scheduled. It was quite embarrassing for professional establishment to act this way.

I just got a mani/ pedi here and my experience with the white girl that work there was the worst I have ever had! My nails and feet look like my nephews did my nails. Another tech came over to say she's sorry and next time ask for her, like I'm ever coming back to this place. Why let a tech who doesn't know how to do a regular mani work on some one. She never soaked my hand, put any lotion on and I still had to pay $51! Like WTF!!! Do not go here!!!!

I loved this place until recently and I will never go back. The customer service is not good at all and making appointments is useless if they are not going to see the people at the time they come for their appointment. This happened twice to me and it clearly shows you they don't care about their regular clientele as much as they show you they do. People that serve you are rude especially the lady that's the best at doing nails close to the pedicure chairs, she only greets her personal clients. One lady at the pedicure bowl cuts your cuticles so deep your feet bleed. They all are very rough. And recently we made an appointment for July 24th for 4pm. When we came in we had to sit down for 30 minutes because everybody was taken. Nobody asked us who we're here to see or if we had an appointment. A client after us came in and the lady that is best at everything walks up and greets her and tells her to come back in an hour. Meanwhile still no service or greeting from anyone. When we finally get called over by Tony, he files 8 of my nail color off my nails then sends me to another nail tech and accepts a new client and sits them at the same chair he just was filing my nails at. I felt like that was so degrading and rude. I'm done With this place and their lack of professionalism and this is the second time I have had a bad experience. The first time was when I made an appointment and they did my toes first. Everyone was doing nails so again I had to wait 45 mins for Tony to even call me over to his chair. I sat their with a fresh pedicure and I had prior arrangements so I just came back the next day. Learn to service people with appointments or remove the process it's unfair and work on your customer service please it's horrible. Your work is to Nice compared To how you service certain individuals!!' DO BETTER

I had an appointment for dip polish and they charged me for services I did not ask for. The lady also rushed and didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails. She just did whatever she wanted. She also cut cuticles on three of my fingers and kept filing over the cuts. Other than that the polish looks good but my fingers hurt
