I usually don't ever get my nails done but today I went and the service was pretty decent and I didn't mind the little chat we had. My nails turned out almost exactly like the picture I showed.
My regular salon was closed for Labor Day but I really badly needed a pedicure, so I went here. If I could give half stars it would be 2.5. The service itself was ok. They didn't provide any pedicure package choices, like they mentioned on the phone, so I just got a straightforward pedicure with a tiny bit of very light massage. My toes look better, but I wish they had filed down some of my rougher spots more. The salon itself is very small and felt quite dirty. The floors were gross and kids' toys were scattered everywhere. Several of the polishes looked clumpy and ancient. There were no TVs to watch and no refreshments offered, not even water. One of the manicurist chairs had a huge price tag from Marshall's hanging off the bottom, it didn't match the others. Odd. It really wasn't a very relaxing atmosphere at all. I felt rude for just being on my phone the whole time but there was nothing else to do except stare at people. In an emergency this salon is fine, but I'll go to my regular place still and likely won't be back.
Welp had to come back to the PROS!! I've been in Florida since October and have yet to find a Nail Salon to even come close! My nails were looking a hot mess and now thanks to my beau he made my hands beautiful as always!! Love him and the entire family!!
I didn't even bother staying for a service because the person at the desk was very unwelcoming and rude. I headed straight for Renew Day Spa and Nails just a few doors down for a lovely manicure! Do Not Go Here! Horrible service!
I have / had been going to Nail Elite for years it has change a lot.. I will not be going back .. the past few time I went I left very disappointed....to many nail and spa places out here that give much better service ... some even serve wine and fresh fruit.. the wine not so much ,but it would be nice to be offered something...Bye
