All business. Try just to get you in and out as quick as possible. Walked out with polish on skin around my nails.
I'm currently getting my pedicure. I feel this place is very unsanitary. Even though the customer service is good. Workers are friendly and accommodating. I had a reaction to the scrub that was put in the tub so she dumped the water and put hand soap in there and basically wash my feet in hand soap!! Omg I told her not to worry about any soap but she wanted to be accommodating. They have a lot of customers with two workers. She was trying to assist people and answering the phone with the same gloves she was using on my feet. Overall I rated them higher because of the customer service was pretty good but the experience was not the best. The end product started off nice but it started to mess up 1 hr later.. will not go back
Had a 3:30 pedicure appointment for 2. When I arrived all the technicians were busy. I was also going to get my dip on my nails so one technician started on my nails 20 minutes later when they were done. This was my first time getting dip and it was an awful experience, she cut me with the file on 5 fingers and never apologized. At 4:30 she was finally going to start the pedicure but it was so late and the service was so poor we decided not to get the pedicures. I would give them a zero, if I could. Pictures of my fingers were taken 4 days later, but I was in pain for the past 3 days.
It was just ok. I took an elderly friend in for some TLC and the two woman in the shop seated us back to back across the empty room from each other and proceeded to speak in Korean to each other. I would have preferred to have been seated next to my friend so that we could visit while we were there. We only wanted manicures and declined the several upsell attempts. The tech who did my manicure asked me several times at several stages if I wanted to pay her then. I told her I was waiting with my friend and I would pay her all at once. I didn't feel pampered. My friend's tech didn't really speak to her at all, only to the other tech. My cuticles feel ragged today, the edges of my nails are rough. There really wasn't anything special about this shop.
