I was visiting RVA and needed to get my nails done. I stopped here and here is my true review. Even though one day later the design in my mail started to fail and I had to drive back to the shop 20 mins I still will give them 4 stars. From the beginning the customer service was nice. I walked in and had to wait about 15-20mins. (Which was okay) and a young mail tech named "Min" serviced me. She was the sweetest ! She took good care of my pedicure and nails. She was very through & very creative with her designs. I had a ingrown toe nail and she took good care of that toe! She also recommended an toe ointment to help keep my nails clear and clean of fungus that they sell in the store! I thought this was great. They were so sweet in there and even when I came back the next day they saw me instantly and had "Min" correct the issue and get my nails repaired. I'm a sucker for good customer service so I'll definitely be back. Thanks LE Nails ! Tip: Yelp had the address wrong the address is 5702 Hull st (they had 7510 Hulls st)
First time here, Made an appointment for a medi & pedi the day before. Got here early(30 minutes) . Took me back at appointment time. Ok, I'm fine with that. But then sat me in water(luke warm, getting colder)for 20 minutes and still haven't touch my feet, or asked if I was ok. A lady walked in and they started on her feet....NEVER COMING BACK!
I was a walk-in and just wanted a simple classic French on my natural nails. They did an amazing job and I will be back when I'm back visiting family here in VA. Not sure if I got lucky with my nail tech, but I was really impressed with the service I received!
Decided to go here because I waited and waited for my regular nail shop to open but got tired of waiting and went here. I would've given 5 stars but within a few days one of my nails started lifting. Anyway the shop was very busy but I was in and out in no time. I did like her work I can't remember her name tho.
Boooooo....went in on a Saturday evening for pedicure and nail polish and by Monday, the polish was chipping off 90% of my nails. I called and they told me to come back, that they would fix it. I went back on my lunch break and they tried to charge me AGAIN for the nail polish. I've never been to this place and will not be going back or referring anyone to visit. Highly disappointed! I should have known because there was no one in there for a Saturday and space heaters were everywhere...shabby :(
