Nail Bar in Petaluma, CA

I went in for a pedicure and noticed they were busy and there were only a few artists all around, I waited my turn but 30 minutes passed and i had a dinner to go to that was 30 minutes out. I kindly waited and was patient but didn't want to come off rude, I let Kim know that I had to head out I know i shouldn't have scheduled if I had something else going on but OH MY GOODNESS they were the sweetest, probably the best service so far (given i didn't get anything done) at a salon i've been to, they were so generous she offered a gift certificate for next time, cut my toe nails at least, and kept apologizing. I felt so bad because i'm not that person but they were the absolute sweetest. Thank you Kim for making me feel welcomed I as well felt so bad leaving but I will be back!!!

Called in last minute for a full set & was taken in within an hour of my call! Mindy did my nails & she did not disappoint! She definitely takes her time & made sure I was satisfied with the shape, color, etc. throughout my service. She's super sweet as well, thank you again!

Kim and Catherine and their staff are the best in the business! I recently discovered this awesome nail salon and I now won't go anywhere else! Best mani/pedi's anywhere! Also the ambiance, energy, and complimentary drinks can't be beat! Can't say I love them enough!!!

I used to love visiting The Nail Bar before the ownership changed. I have been going there for years now! The service was top notch, the bar was always clean, and all the staff have always been super friendly and attentive. I could always do a walk-in without an appointment and get serviced almost immediately. Even post Covid the Nail Bar was able to get back up on their feet without losing its charm. Sadly, in the last year or so the quality of customer service has declined in parallel to the cleanliness and their prices have increased dramatically compared to other nail salons. The points program is also different now and the points I had accumulated for a free nail service prior to the new ownership did not transfer or were honored. Just recently, I tried to do a walk-in on a Sunday after 5pm and a) it took them about 5 mins to acknowledge me standing and waiting at the front counter and b) only to tell me they could not attend to me and asked me to come back an hour later. I have decided to find a new nail salon as my primary place and keep this salon only as a secondary or last option. Very disappointing

I went to blooming nails for a pedicure for my birthday. I got the spring pedicure from Rose. Service was excellent and sanitary. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even offered a refill on my beverage. Next to me there were two 6 year olds having their princess treatment for their birthdays- smiles all around and overall a great time. I prefer pedicures at this location compared to manicures due to the way you have to sit in the chair at the counter, but other than that there are no other complaints from me! thanks Rose, you were delightful and personal!!
