Really nice people, and they do amazing color work but I went in for a few inches off of my chest length hair and they took off so much hair I can no longer tie my hair back. Additionally they didnt account for the curls in my hair at all meaning now that my hair is dry, on top of it being short, the shape is so awful it's embarrassing. As much as I love the vibe and the people here I cannot ever condone coming back if you have curly hair

Super cute salon with a fun aesthetic. Easy to book and lovely staff. My hair looked absolutely fabulous for my friends wedding and the style lasted for days! The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because unfortunately, half way through my appointment, my stylist Whitney told me her entire household was sick and she was wearing a mask for precaution. After she mentioned that it became pretty clear that she was also sick. Her glasses kept getting foggy from her mask so she used her bare hands to wipe them with her shirt, then returned directly to my hair without washing. I ended up getting sick from this and it ruined my trip to Mexico. I think it's extremely important to not only encourage but force your employees to stay home if they are sick. It's irresponsible and simply not fair to others. I feel for Whitney, and she did such a good job, but I really wish she had just stayed home and gotten better instead of spreading her sickness to me.

I'm reading all of these glowing reviews, however I had a VERY different experience at Front Row Salon over the past year. Not only did a stylist ignore me there for 45 min past my appointment time, but then took two weeks to realize I walked out and to apologize. The facialist there burnt my daughters eyebrow skin when waxing her, and then blamed her skin, not the overly hot wax. But I'd have to say the worst is that I called to RESCHEDULE a haircut appointment with the owner 43.5 hours in advance, ( mind you, I called from LA while out of town asap after my car engine had just blown up in a new car) and due to their 48 hour cancellation policy, like to the minute, they want to charge my cc on file. That is RIDICULOUS! They could care less. The hairdresser wouldn't even talk to me, just the receptionist. If they are so great, that slot would be filled easily. They make no exceptions , so beware!
