This place is so unsanitary. I went here for the first time for a pedicure. first of all, it is so outdated- the furniture is old and smells. There's no music or tv, it's so quiet and uncomfortable. I wanted a pedicure. They have no cover or bags for their pedicure bowls. The man working cleaned my bowl as I watched. He used dial handsoap to sanitize the bowl. That's it. Nothing else. Pretty sure that's not up to safety standards. Then, as I was getting my toenails cut- the lamp they use over your feet broke and fell. It was being held by tape! I could've been electrocuted but thankfully it was caught. She put it back on with tape while proceeding to do my nails. So janky!!! Then, it was time to clean my feet. Guess what they used? The same dial handsoap that they cleaned the bowl with! So foul. There was no scrub or lotion or anything that made this experience enjoyable. I went home and immediately showered because I was legitimately scared of getting athletes foot or something. I wonder if there is a board or something to report to, because their sanitation standards are so below safe, I'm surprised they are still in business. By the way, it was $26. I could've gone home, cleaned my feet with my bathroom handsoap and painted my toes myself. I wish I would've.
