Super SLOW used to love coming here. Somewhere along the way their sense of customer service or care about "wasting people's time," because "Time is Money," and their demeanor has gone too I dont give a fuck so I wont be returning.
Horrible experience. Overpriced. Limited color choices. Old salon and chairs. When I walked in I asked the manager how much for a pedicure and fill in. He said the pedi was $23 and fill started at $13. So I said ok. I told him I was wearing shellac and he showed me the color choices. The colors were very limited and there was only one I liked. He then tried to convince me not to get it he told me it looked a little different once applied. But since I didn't see anything else I even remotely liked I told him I would keep it. I appreciated him for being upfront about that. What he was not upfront about was how the heck my total would come up to $61.00!!!! When I asked them how she said my fill was actually $22 which she couldn't quite explain in English and shellac was an extra $15! I was floored! The price had almost doubled and the manager had already left for the day. I paid the money and left but I will never go back to this dated overpriced hole in the wall! Go across the street to US Nails.
I went to have a full set of acrylic nails french tip at 6:30 pm and closing time was 7:00. The women who did my nails did a horrible job. I was not informed that the nails would be white 1/2 way down my nail, i asked for french "tip". When i complained she simply told me that in a few weeks it would look better when the nail grows out. Then that evening i came home and noticed my nail was pitched upwards not out. Looks like the nail is detaching from my finger. So I decided to go back in the morning and express how my nails look like S*** and what was wrong to the manager / owner. He proceeded to stand up and start screaming at me saying i should have told her during getting my nails done which I did. He then said he didn't do them so it was not his fault. He was so mean I left crying. I will make sure to let everyone know not to do business with them because if you are an unsatisfied costumer its your own fault and you get yelled at by the manager / owner.
Amanda does an amazing job on eyebrows. Not the best looking salon but they do a good job.
