My sister went this place and it was a joke. They gave her the wrong color, the person doing it was picking her NOSE, and they were on a call the whole time. The only reason I give them a 2 is because they offer drinks and the receptionist(who seemed to be the manager but I didn't ask) was kind.
Phenomenal service. We made appts for a bridal party. When we got there they had a sign hanging from the ceiling that said Congrats with the brides name on it and then had a bottle of champagne and popped it for us. They called each one of us by name, and just had exceptional service. The best part, we showed them the pictures we wanted our nails to look like and they NAILED it. Truly exceptional business. Really. Very rare to find businesses this good. Go to this salon! Make sure you Google Maxx Salon in Shakopee, not the business that shows up in Bloomington when you Google Max Salon.

I had a wonderful experience here. The owner is very friendly and remembered me from the last time I was here! I got a gel pedicure and I did a full set of acrylics. Both of my nail techs were very friendly and I enjoyed getting pampered. I showed the one nail tech the design I wanted for my fingernails, and she did an amazing job. I trialed the nails I want to have for my wedding. I will definitely be returning here with my wedding party!
