I don't have words for the awful haircut my husband received this weekend from Great Clips. I've never seen a more crooked hairline and had I known this was going to be the case I would've just cut his hair myself because I'm nearly certain I could've done a better job. I ended up having to fix this at home anyway...
If I could give zero stars I would. I am not picky about my hair or I wouldn't have gone to Great Clips to begin with, but I also don't expect to have to stay home until my hair grows out either. Remember when you were a kid and cut your own hair? That is what this haircut looks like, the worst haircut I have ever had! I will never go back here again.
I would give them a zero stars if I could. Not only were they completely incapable of performing a standard hair cut, but they have no customer service skills in addition. When the person responsible (assistant manager) for cutting her hair passed along the job to her (also assistant manager) coworker, that admittedly couldn't do the cut, we found out just how talentless the "Great" clips employees really are. Then, when questioned, they argued back one blaming the other and neither taking responsibility for the obvious fail. No apologies. You both have a lot to learn. Never making this mistake again, everyone knows not to get their hair cut in this chop shop they call great.
I particularly enjoyed the convenience of their very easy to use online check-in service! Put me right in my seat with a two minute wait time. You guys rule!!
