Master Nails in Las Vegas, NV

Literally charge $50 for super short nails!! Joe has a really nasty attitude I mean horrible. Rushed my nails then had the nerves to ask for a tip!

By far the worst experience I've had in 15 years of getting my nails done . I came to master nails for the first time for a removal of my acrylic nails . Checked in at 11:46am wait time was very short about 5 minutes . A male ( I believe by the name of joe he would not give me his name ) sat me down and instantly put my hands both to soak in a solution. 3 separate times they suggested using the fake nail to rip my nails off that is not what I asked for . Soaking them off takes a little more time but way less damage to the nails . I sat soaking for about 25 minutes before a lady asking me to move so she can help me . In this 25 minutes this solution that is supposed to be acetone barely did anything . The lady proceeds to use the drill to file my nails done some ( cutting my finger twice ) so I nicely asked if I can wait for someone who was more familiar with the removal of nails. I let my hands soak another 20 minutes before the man comes back and starts to drill again . I nicely asked if the solution was acetone or something else because I noticed it wasnt working h. He continued to use clippers to rip the nail off ( which I expressed I didn't want done ) . Finally all nails are almost removed he asked if I wanted to cut down and shape . I said " no thank you if you can just buff the top I am ready to go " . He proceeds to tell me " I don't know why you have a attitude when I have tried to help, you have a attitude since you walked in the door I seen it on your face " . Very unprofessional considering I didn't have a attitude at all prior to my services . Upon leaving I took pictures I will attach . I asked the man ( maybe Joe ) for his name and he refused to give me his name and went on to say " why do you want my name so you can make a review . You been in my shop bitching the whole time just get out of here and don't come back " . My nails look horrible I waited and soaked over a hour with horrible customer service . I left paying $15 very unhappy .

I love going to Master Nails!  Every manicurist takes pride in their work because Joe, the owner  sets a great example of giving great customer service.

I had my appointment with Joe.  He was professional and paid close attention to my nails. I had hard gel nails. No problem! I had been to this salon a number of years ago. It has been given an "interior lift". You could tell Joe had been doing this for a while.  I was in and out in under an hour! I recommend Master Nails!

Loved the friendly and fast fill that I got while visiting Vegas.  Surprisingly, it's tough to find a good nail salon in Vegas, so I will definitely go here when I'm back in town.
