This fuckn lady cut my son's beauty mark he has on the side of his ear after I told her to be careful she's a dumb and so totally fucked up my son's hair who gave her a license to cut hair I mean honestly she's the worst ever ...! Please be careful with your kids and the worst part she didn't even say sorry to my son until I told my son she was sorry then she tries to apologize lame as lady.

I dislike giving bad reviews, but sometimes it is good to give people a heads up. My style was Manuel; he was the only one at the salon. I looked at the reviews thought this was a decent place from the pictures. I wanted to go copper instead. Manuel gave me neon color hair since he had to do a color correction. Honestly, the owner needs to send Manuel back to training school on how to do color correction. He had to re-dye my hair, but my roots were still hot roots. I was horrified by the experience; even my hair didn't cut right left my hair behind my ear. I had to go to Ulta to get it fixed. To the owner, please send him back to training school. It's not fair to those who want to look fabulous. Not only that, I think he lied when I showed him a picture of Yelp how I wanted it; he said he did. I gave it two stars instead of one because maybe other styles are better.

I was looking for a place near home. And I found this salon. I looked at the pictures. And I thought I would give it a try. Well, you know when you get that gut feeling that you should leave ? Well I had that. But I thought maybe I was over exaggerating . I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. I wanted a trim because my ends were really bad. I showed the person a picture of how I wanted my bangs and that was it. The person didn't even section my hair. It was just chop chop and a HUGE chop to my bangs , a blow dry , and that was it. When I saw myself in the mirror I almost cried. But I couldn't be mean. I don't have the heart. I don't know. I'm just disappointed. I'll be going out tomorrow to get it fixed.

Zaira is the sweetest! So happy with my hair! She made sure I was getting what I wanted. Made sure to wash and massage my hair thoroughly. Coming back here to do my future cuts for events.
