House of Nails in Las Vegas, NV

I come here regularly. Coming here is very comforting. They go out of their way to make it a personable experience. The staff is amazing and the owner Anna is the best. Ashley is great  my go to.

I've been coming here for over a year, so I think it's about time I finally write a review! I cannot say enough great things about this salon. Finding a great nail salon was super important to me when I moved to Vegas, and I found a home in House of Nails right away. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and customer service aspects of the business. They always offer me water, and sometimes even send me home with hot chocolate. Every single nail tech does AMAZING work. These are just some of the sets I've had done lately (S/o to my girl Ashley ) Not to mention their website is superrr easy to book an appointment and if you upload inspo pics with colors/products they don't have, they'll go buy them before your appointment. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been getting my nails done here since the GRAND OPENING! The scheduling is so easy and the staff is always accommodating! I love how friendly everyone is and my pedicure is always AMAZING!
The products are top notch and the salon offers a cozy vibe!

I have been going to this salon for the past six months. Liz is great. She always has my nails looking fabulous.

I waited awhile to cool off before leaving this review... the manager is very sweet so I felt a little bad, but that does not change fact that I experienced very subpar service.

They charge full price for a pedicure, but all it was was a polish change. Unreal considering the price is on the higher end, and I can literally go down the street and get a REAL pedicure for $20 less.  I just thought I'd try a new place, but that was a mistake.

My feet didn't even get put in the water other than to be rinsed after the polish was removed. So scrub, no exfoliation. Not even a massaging chair. Just a polish change sitting in a chair that's not a pedi chair. TF did I pay full price for a pedi for???

The mani was painful - the girl tried to tell me I have "sensitive cuticles" while she kept running into them with her drill tool - funny, in all my 15+ years of going to salons it's almost never hurt like that.
I was thankful not to just be straight cut open during all of this - but then at the very end when I was about to get up to pay, noticed a tiny very jagged edge on a nail. Asked if she could smooth it - should have been quick & easy right?

No, this girl suddenly decides to go EXTRA HARD with the emery board, and promptly slices my finger open to the point I'm bleeding and need alcohol to clean it.
It hurt for 3 days. I work in an office. It hurt every single time I typed because the cut was so deep.

On top of that I paid extra for cat eye polish and she messed that up as well.

Completely sloppy service all around. Ladies you need to do better. Stop overcharging for services, give a real pedicure for the price, and try better not to damage your clients hands. There was no reason my finger needed to get cut open to fix a tiny edge.

This place was curiously empty, now I know why. I'll be surprised if it lasts much longer.
