I thought I found a stylist to wash and braid my hair, but today I received a message from her booking app (Booksy) that my appointment was rescheduled; however, she didn't ask me if I was able to make an earlier appointment. When I notified her of the message I received, she said she moved it but I could just cancel! What no apologies, no asking what could fit in my schedule, just cancel! Very very poor customer service!

Karisma did an amazing job with my hair. I only get my hair trimmed about every 6months, but its been a year since my last. She and the staff of the salon are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend her to any naturals out here in Vegas! Prices are reasonable
