they were so rude and mean to me (the only black person in there) and so sweet to everyone else. I went to get a black french tip pedicure bc I was in the area. The guy doing it messed it up so bad. The lines were uneven and looked rushed. I said this when he was doing my toes. He fixed them up a little bit and then shoved my foot under the UV light, before I could see if anything else was wrong. Please keep in mind that the area where the pedicure takes place is dim, so i didn't see all the imperfections until I was instructed to go sit at a nail station, where the lighting was much more bright. I spoke up and told the manager Sydney, (who was actually doing my nails at the time) that i didn't like my toes in the most respectful way. I then proceeded to ask Sydney, "Is it possible to change my toe nail color because the french tip is messy and it's not neat" the manager Sydney began to berate me all loudly and obnoxiously. She began to go on a rant. She said, "It's your fault your nails didn't come out good. This is what you asked for so this is what you got. There's nothing we can do for you." She repeated this 4 times. I stayed silent, because if I spoke, I knew I would begin crying. Once Sydney was done with my nails, i had to go pay. I'm not the type of person to walk out and not pay. My total was $105, i paid cash. I walked out and sat in my car for 5 minutes crying because, i couldn't believe they were so rude and mean to me and rushed my services. Please keep in mind my full set took less than 30 minutes and she was rough with me. I took time to stare at my toes and I hated it. So I went back in and asked them to remove it. Coincidentally, the man who did my toes was available to remove the gel. Mind you, when i initially was attempting to get my nails fixed, Sydney told me it was too late and the man couldn't do anything for me. The man asked me what was wrong with my nails and I told him. I asked if i will be getting a refund for my gel and he said "No" I asked why, and he said because I didn't say anything, when I in fact did say something. And when I told I said something, he smirked and told me "Well that's your problem" Like what do you even mean? How do you mess up someone's nails, and tell them that it's their problem?? The man began to take my gel off and he was rough. He told me it was $20 to remove the gel. I didn't pay it, this time I chose to walk out. I wasn't being loud, rude, or belligerent. Everything I did and said was with respect. They just kept being super mean to me and only me. Sydney is a racist. She was only rude to me. All of the White women that came in, she got super happy and excited and was so nice to them. She wasn't like that with me at all. I sat in her chair, and she didn't even say hello. She spoke to everyone else in the salon. But when it came to me, it was crickets. I did nothing wrong but enter the wrong salon. Sydney refuses to refund me for the gel pedicure because she claims it was all my fault.

Spent 75 dollars for a pedicure and they look worse before I even came in !!! Beware stay away. They even cut me.

First and last time visiting this salon. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very nice and the salon was very clean. I got the deluxe pedicure, acrylic fill-in with gel polish and eyebrow wax. Too much taken off my eyebrows, the pedicure felt rushed (I had an appointment for 2:30 and didn't leave until almost 6) and he filed the cuticles of 3 of my toes too rough. My eyebrows didn't need much waxing at all. But now I'm stuck with eyebrows that look like I'm trying to make the 2000's style return. So now I have to grow out my eyebrows for at least 3 months. Total cost, pre tip, was $170.00. Extremely overpriced. One of my toenails was cut too short. Also the guy that did my pedicure was the only one not wearing a mask. So my hunt to find a nail salon that meets all of my standards continues.

They had excellent customer service. Took extreme pride in there work area. Very clean and professional. Followed all COVID-19 rules and guidelines. Will definitely be back.
