I've been going to Julianne for so long it's more like a family to me. Very clean, very professional, and always on a whole other level with their expertise. There is no other salon that could possibly match up! I would follow their entire team around the world! My people...my community. Let them love on you!

Wonderful salon! Ashley always does AMAZING highlights that grow out beautifully and Nicole gives me a great cut that is easy to maintain. I come from NYC to get my hair done here!

I followed Jillian to Parlour from another salon and for good reason. I started seeing Jillian in 2015 and after a couple of disastrous stylists at other locations, I couldn't let her go. She trims my hair perfectly and listens to what I want right from the start. At this point, I've been going to her for so long that I'll suggest something and if she thinks I won't like it when it's said and done, she'll tell me so, but she never forces any decisions on me. Example: I don't dye my hair, but I wanted some highlights for last summer. Rather than doing the ombre I wanted with no questions asked, Jillian and I discussed balayage and I decided to go with that. The balayage looked FABULOUS, but I missed my natural color throughout. Jillian knew how I felt about my natural color and she knew that I would be happier going back to it from a balayage than from an ombre. That's the kind of relationship I need from a stylist and as long as Jillian is doing hair, I will be going to her! (I even tried to fly her down to New Orleans for my wedding a couple of years ago. That's how much I love her skills!)

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Top of the line service, reasonable rates, relaxed atmosphere, professional experience, ambiance is stellar. Also love that I'm offered coffee or a drink upon arrival. Since switching to Parlour, trips to the salon have become more relaxing and enjoyable for me, rather than having the feeling of being quickly shuffled from one station to the next so I can get out before the next client comes in... my whole experience is relaxed, filled with good conversation, and just a general sense of value as a customer. Would recommend to anyone!

Don't go to Julianne for extensions and she is the ONLY one there doing them. She has no idea what she's doing and chopped mine so short they are the same length of my natural hair!! $550 down the drain and the owners refused to refund my money. They completely lack customer service and the desire to do what the customer asks for and their prices are insanely high.
