This review is for Krista- I received appalling service from this "stylist" right from the moment I walked in, she was rude, unfriendly and rushed. Took about 2 min washing my hair roughly with cold water and applied wrong products therefore causing my hair to weigh heavy and greasy after blow drying. Rushed through my hair cut, not at all listening to what I wanted - went from very long hair to wanting a slightly textured "lob" style and I specifically asked for wavy curls after blow dry , showed her multiple pictures and I was assured I could get that look. Walked out of that place and my hair was a greasy. uneven ,chopped mess!! best description would be like a small child took a pair of scissors to my hair. To add insult to injury, after the atrocious haircut she told me she didn't have time to style my hair as she was now late for her other client who was awkwardly sitting there waiting for her hair appt. So she ended up doing a quick blow dry. She even stated if I wanted to wait until after she gets done on her next client then she will have time to curl my hair, as if I have all day to wait around for you !? I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Management were very apologetic about the situation and offered to fix my hair, so thank you guys for that. But unfortunately I could not go back, it was a traumatic hair experience,maybe they ought to focus more on training their stylists.

My navy child loved to chic salon, being around non- military compliant hair cuts. The technician was able to give my daughter a good cut.

I love this salon! All the hair stylists I've been to have been amazing. I have been going for three years and love it. I have blond hair and they do incredible color cut extensions and styling.

I honestly love when it's time to get my hair done because spending the day at Vaughan Diann is such a wonderful experience, everything from how welcoming and hospitable the staff is to the five star services, and not to mention the atmosphere and energy of the salon makes it such a fun day of pampering.

The owner of the salon, Leslie, has been doing my hair for over 20 years. In addition, I have been seeing Christina for facials and waxing for nearly just as long. Beyond their expertise, is the overall experience of coming to Vaughan Diann. It's a beautiful salon and everyone is consistently friendly - from the front desk staff, to the stylists, and shampooists. I have sent a number of friends their way and no one has yet to have a negative experience. I feel special when I come to the salon and it's the little things that make a difference. The fact that I am immediately offered a glass of wine while I wait or get my hair done is a gesture that I appreciate. I highly recommend Vaughan Diann.
