Nails & Hair Salon Unlimited in Annapolis, MD

I don't understand why the rating is so low. On Easter almost all places were closed. I called and they were open. Despite the business card saying by appointment only on Sundays (and Easter Sunday at that) I was able to walk right in. Yvonne was great and super friendly! She said she was open because she has a standing appointment in Sunday ls with a long time customer. That's amazing customer service! The place was also clean and had accomodations for COVID.

Manicure was horrible... went to other salon to get fixed and they were appalled. Took 30 minutes to remove for coats of polish she applied. Went there to get my money back gave me a really hard time

Just winged it today with my Gel Fill-in I desperately needed and stopped by this cute little nail salon for the first time. Tracy greeted me as soon as I walked in & was amazing beginning to end. She was very kind and welcoming; did an extremely well and fast job! So happy I found this place. Great location with tons of restaurants walking distance away and Whole Foods adjacent.

I've been coming here for a while now I started with Lily doing my pedicure and then later she would wax me . I like her she's nice she does a good job. Then I started going to Tracy the owner for a fill in . The first time she filled me, it peeled a week later and I told Lily that I was not happy and I probably won't go back to her. However one day in a bind I went back and she did okay so I found myself coming back due to convenience since I was there already to see Lily. When you tell Tracy what you want she's still sometimes argue with you or debate as if you don't know what you're talking about. Let me just also note I've been holding a license for 20 years in cosmetology as well as cosmetology instructor. When you do something for a living you want to go to someone else for pampering which is why I come here. Anyway, I appreciate that sometimes you can call late and they will get you in so I will make sure to tip them accordingly. However this time I got there for just one service with Tracy in the evening she told me it will be ok because I call ahead every time. She seemed as if she had a problem with me asking her to fix certain things that she would rush through. She has a habit of being halfway like taking off the Polish and then putting acrylic over leftover color so that is trapped underneath. I will tell her about how I would be peeling in certain areas or certain things that she should cut off and redo and she said something in coherent and still does what she wants to do. On this night there was an area that I kept asking her to cut and she can't wanted to glue it which I know will not work because of my job it will not last more than 2 days I need her to cut it but she would not do it. So I guess she was mad and after she painted my nails and I had maybe 4 minutes of drying time she said goodnight and cut off all of the lights as well as cut off the dryer. I asked her why turn out the lights and then told her she was rude. The other two ladies there Lily and another lady looked a little shocked but all they can do is smile. However Tracy doing this has ruined it for both because I will not be back. I'm sorry Lily has to lose a customer because this whole location will lose a customer and I will take my money somewhere else where I'm appreciated. I will give Lily 4 stars I will give Tracy 2 stars and the salon as a whole I would give 2 Stars because it's junky, the nail colors are not up to date I usually brought my own and could use a little cleaning because it's a lot going on in one space.
